Chris was great, tech found a nail in new tire & needed to be replaced. Tire came in that day & Chris contacted me immediately fir an appointment the next morning to have the tire replaced. With roadside service, just had to pay $90. Not ideal, since roadside should cover cost of tire (& they were around $200 a piece) but at least the issue was handled & feeling safe on the road is most important. But Chris had me in & out in about 40 min, topped off fluids, checked rest of tires & recommended at next oil change to replace air filter. I have complete confidence in your service department & Chris, & I will drive an hour to service my vehicle with you even though the dealer in Jacksonville is closer. Thank you for your professionalism & listening to the customer.

Very knowledgeable and upfront anout the time it would take to complete service. Would gave 4 stars bc service dept is only open mon-fri which is very inconvenient for ppl that work m-f 8-5 jobs & still want the dealership to work on their vehicle instead of a side hustling mechanic. Should be open on a Saturdays.
