    I tried to call 3 times to set up and appt and had to leave voicemails to which I never got a response to. I waited a week and continued to try and had to hit different numbers until I finally was able to get a hold of someone. I truthfully didn’t want to even bring my car here knowing that it was near impossible to start with but unfortunately no one else would touch a VW headlight. I had made an appointment and was told they would start when they returned from lunch (I dropped it off at 11:30am and they went to lunch from 12-1). Said it would be a 3 hour fix. I live over 2 hours away so I was reassured it would be done by 4 (otherwise I would have chose a different time or option). I went back to the dealership around 4 pm and patiently waited. It wasn’t done and he said it would be a little longer so I continued to wait. By 5 I was still waiting and was told it should be done soon. 5:30 rolled around and I spoke to the service guy who told me it was taking longer than expected. I asked why if it was only an 3 hour job and was started at 1, he continued to say it would be done soon and acting as if they did what they were supposed to do. I kindly let him know that I didn’t appreciate being lied to. He looked at me confused and I reminded him these new cars have apps that let you know when the vehicles are moved and I’m well aware they didn’t even touch it until almost 3:30 so maybe that’s why it was “taking so long”. His demeanor quickly changed because he knew he had been caught in a bold face lie. Had they been honest from the start I could have gotten a rental car or found another solution. Instead I was there until after 6 pm and my car still isn’t completely fixed. I was extremely disappointed on every aspect of this situation.

    The customer service ans details! Service manager Chris is easy talk too, listen to your concerns and provides you with the beat option. He appears very genuine and concern about the customer.

    I tried to get the color combination that I wanted, 2025 VW id4, Artic Blue Metallic with Cosmic interior. I found out later that they could have order that type but made no offer to order it. So I took a trim type they had on the lot, which was not my first choice. I found out through other VW dealers that they were more than willing to order what I wanted and still offer the lease package. But this dealership would not do that. The lease package they offered was good. No complaints about the car. I just do not care for the attitude of the dealership. Also, I did not care for the attitude of the finance manager. He made no effort in explaining to me on where and how to make lease payments. I figured that out on my own when I got home by researching on the net and calling the toll-free number for VW credit.

    The details of the vehicle were somewhat sugar coated. I was told charging was free with the app but there are no free charging stations where i live. I should have just got a car that burns gas i am constantly charging. I was told for the type of job i did my miles would be fine but i do not think so now
